Qualifications for the Superintendent Role :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
• Proven work history with a General Contractor
• Willingness to travel and work out of town for multiple weeks consecutively
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulations, with a demonstrated history of enforcing them
