We are currently partnered with a well progressed scale-up that is building out a product focused data science team. Due to their recent series E raise and rapidly growing ARR, this is one of the fastest growing healthcare tech product companies globally.

This newly created role sits within a newly created, product focused data science team focused on helping drive their product strategy.

The role :

  • Driving product strategy - looking at how the users (doctors, nurses etc.) use their product to help identify new product lines
  • Design, execute and analyze A / B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new product features and design changes
  • Tech stack : SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker & Sigma
  • Hybrid working model - 3 days a week in SF office

The must haves :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a product focused data science position (this is not an ML focused role)
  • Experience working in either a rapidly scaling start-up or in a consumer app company (huge bonus if you've done both)
  • Experience designing, executing and analyzing A / B tests
  • SQL mastery and Python and / or R
