Wholesale Fresh-Cut Flower Sales Representative

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative for one of South Floridas top wholesale fresh-cut flower distributors.

As a Wholesale Flower Sales Representative, youll connect with floral shops, event planners, supermarkets, and wholesalers to promote and sell premium-quality fresh-cut flowers sourced from around the world.

You'll manage customer relationships, process orders, and ensure each client receives the best selection, service, and value all while helping your company bloom!

• Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale customers in the floral industry

• Conduct outbound calls, in-person visits, and virtual presentations to grow accounts

• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and process orders accurately

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

• Identify new sales opportunities within the Miami and South Florida markets

• 2+ years of experience in wholesale flower sales, floral distribution, or fresh produce sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and floral market trends (preferred)

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
