We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department, assisting with client interactions, and contributing to overall sales goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales, learn from experienced professionals, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Help coordinate and organize sales events, promotions, and outreach programs.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to help achieve sales targets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relations (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
