Entry-Level Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We're hiring Entry-Level Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to start a meaningful career. No prior experience is required - we will train you and support your growth every step of the way.

Training and career development we provide:

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training

• DSP I Certification Support

• Hands-on CPR certification (Red Cross or American Heart Association)

• Ongoing professional development workshops

• Clear pathways for advancement into higher-level roles

What you'll do:

• Support adults in community-based activities that build independence, social skills, and confidence

• Learn how to provide behavioral support using CPI techniques

• Safely drive individuals to and from activities, outings, and appointments (driving hours paid at a higher rate)

• Be a reliable presence in the lives of those who depend on you

Requirements:

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

• Dependable and reliable - the individuals we serve need someone they can count on every day

• Availability to work from Fallbrook location Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 2:30 pm.

• Willingness to complete required trainings and certifications (all provided by us)
