HCM Project Manager

A company is looking for a HCM Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of HCM projects, ensuring business goals are met within designated time frames

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinating internal teams and external partners

Oversee data cleanup, migration, and create client service models while managing project risks and issues

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing HCM implementations, preferably with ADP products

Global HCM implementation experience, including familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards

Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects in SaaS environments

Experience with change management principles and supporting organizational change initiatives

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis
