Position Summary:
2nd Swing is looking for a Full-Time Online Club Fitting Associate to join our expert team. We are looking for a highly-skilled professional who strives to give every golfer a great experience. We encourage our team to have fun work hard and to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the workday. This is an in-office seasonal role.
The Fitting & Support team works hard to offer excellent customer service to all 2nd Swing golfers and plays a very important role in helping to achieve our mission of Best-in-Class Service. Online Fitting Associates play an integral role at 2nd Swing because of their ability to positively impact a very large number of golfers and their experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf call center experience and be successful in creating customer relationships. A positive attitude high energy and dedication to professionalism are traits that we look for in potential candidates. We are looking for individuals who are willing and able to handle multiple tasks possess communication skills and the desire to learn.
