Key Responsibilities
Run the editorial operation, managing content lifecycle across various platforms
Build scalable systems to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks
Lead a team of senior editors, manage external agencies, and navigate cross-functional collaborations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in media with strong editorial instincts and taste
Experience managing complex editorial operations and leading teams
Ability to create scalable workflows and maintain quality standards
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and AI tools for content optimization
