ProjectProgram Manager

What you get to do in this role :

• Take small to large IT Business Applications programs / projects from original concept through final implementation
• Develop detailed program / project execution plan and manage some implementation processes including projects financials progress tracking metrics monitoring change control process testing release to production and delivery within budget constraints
• Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program / project including partners business sponsors and vendors
• Organize Scrum rituals (Planning Stand-ups review retrospective etc.)
• Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help teams and individuals transitioning from waterfall to Agile
• Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation planning execution and closing phases promoting outcomes and benefit tracking

To be successful in this role you have :

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $121700 - $213000 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
