Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing Real Estate and Development company in the search for a Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager include but are not limited to :

  • Assists in benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Maintains human resource information system by updating employee records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Schedules new-employee orientations; and writes and places advertisements.
  • Biweekly payroll
  • Schedules performance reviews.
  • Monitors company trainings, assures all required training is being completed monthly.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations and recommended bet practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Assists in planning company sponsored events and outings.

    • Human Resource Manager requirements :

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
