L&D Program Coordinator

A company is looking for an L&D Program Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for learning programs and track participant progress

Document processes and create job aids and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Schedule meetings and manage communication plans for effective program execution

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience

Foundational knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

Prior experience in program coordination and improvement

Strong organizational skills and basic math skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
