Job Description

Join an innovative AI startup dedicated to modernizing legacy code for major organizations worldwide. We seek a skilled Software Developer with expertise in Ada and C / C++ to contribute to our cutting-edge platform.

Responsibilities

  • Read and comprehend Ada programming language.
  • Utilize and navigate development environments for Ada.
  • Run and manage debugger-level projects in Ada.
  • Understand and maintain legacy code bases.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews.
  • Adapt to ambiguous environments and tasks efficiently.
  • Meet project deadlines consistently.
  • Communicate proactively with team members.

Essential Skills

  • Reading knowledge of Ada.
  • Active security clearance.
  • Expert-level experience in C / C++.
  • Strong code review skills.
  • Proactive communication style.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with using code agents (., cursor, Claude code) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Aviation industry is a plus.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a 100% remote, permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $250000.00 / yr.
