Title Processor

We are partnering with a growing, privately owned boutique law firm and title company in St. Petersburg to find a dedicated Title Processor. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with foundational title experience who is looking for a clear career path toward becoming a Title Closer. Duties and Responsibilities :

The Title Processor will be responsible for managing the administrative and procedural elements of real estate closings under the direction of senior staff.

File Processing : Manage and process real estate title files from contract receipt through the preparation for closing.

Document Review : Assist in reviewing contracts, title commitments, and legal documents for accuracy and completeness.

Communication : Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers regarding file status and requirements.

Database Management : Input and maintain accurate file data using title software and general computer programs.

Problem Resolution : Assist the closing team in clearing basic title requirements and gathering necessary documents for closing.

Experience and Qualifications :

Title Experience : Previous real estate title experience is required.

Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing complex legal and financial documents.

Customer Service : Excellent customer service skills and a professional communication style.

Computer Skills : Strong general computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Growth Mindset : Willingness to learn new processes, procedures, and title software, with a strong desire to advance into a closing role.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 - $24.00
