Job Description :

Essel is seeking a dedicated Field Technician – Soil and Concrete Testing to join our team in Centennial, CO . The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field tests on soil and concrete, ensuring the quality and integrity of construction materials used in various projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct field testing of soil and concrete in compliance with industry standards.
  • Document and analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
  • Communicate test results effectively with project managers and clients.
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in soil and concrete testing.
  • Familiarity with AASHTO and ASTM testing methods.
  • ACI Certified Concrete Field Testing Technician certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
