Reservationist

We are seeking a skilled and professional Reservationist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative duties, with experience using OpenTable.

Job Roles / Requirements

• Answering all incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department heads
• Managing reservations and cancellations via OpenTable
• Making daily confirmation calls to ensure all bookings are confirmed
• Monitoring and responding to the restaurant's emails in a timely manner
• Communicating important messages to senior staff regarding special requests, needs, and concerns
• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
