Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical continuity for the customer's computer vision deployment
Lead enablement sessions and maintain a shared customer knowledge base
Diagnose complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals
Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
Ability to diagnose issues across the full CV / ML pipeline
Hands-on experience with edge devices like Nvidia Jetson or Raspberry Pi
Experience in named-account support or Technical Account Manager roles is a plus
