We are looking for a self motivated Associate Attorney to work in a growing law firm. The Attorney will work on general litigation files (areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, probate and family law). You will provide legal services under the supervision of a Partner Attorney.

All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Partner Attorney and take on your own litigation files
  • Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
  • Support and attend hearings and trials
  • Handle some transactional items
  • Prepare discovery and case briefs

Skills

  • Licensed Attorney in Texas
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in English, and preferably Spanish
  • Working knowledge of case management software
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure

    Pay : From $90,000.00 per xpxfdfd year
