Our Los Angeles, CA office is seeking a Client Service Associate to act as the primary liaison between clients and Managing Director & Financial Advisors. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the client experience, including preparing financial paperwork and supporting account review processes. The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing a future career as a Financial Advisor. This is an on-site position.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of benefits.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

  • Support the Managing Director and clients by leading and implementing the client service model.
  • Facilitate new account set up at the custodial and broker dealer level; follow up on fund transfers
  • Responds to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute client recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.
  • Ensures accurate completion of prospect / new client paperwork / set up
  • Maintains (CRM) database and client files (Filing, copies, data input)
  • Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker / Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors
  • Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool
  • Learn Company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processes
  • Support client service functions for all teams as requested.

Education / Qualifications

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of customer service / administrative experience within a wealth management / financial administration
  • Willingness to obtain a CFP certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
  • Professional presence and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Career level is $42,500.00 to $80,000.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
