A company is looking for a Client Manager Representative to manage relationships with existing payments clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a client territory and execute sales strategies for account renewals and expansions
Identify potential program concerns and guide clients to appropriate internal resources for resolution
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and provide feedback on market trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience, or HS / GED and 5 years of related experience
Experience in direct sales within a Business to Business (B2B) environment in the payments industry
Proven success in retaining business and growing client accounts
Experience in time management and account management for small to mid-size accounts
Must be 18 years of age or older
