Senior Encounter Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Encounter Designer to join its Cyberpunk 2 development team.

Key Responsibilities

Design memorable combat encounters in collaboration with various teams based on narrative and gameplay themes

Adjust quests and locations to create challenging playthroughs with multiple solutions

Mentor junior encounter designers and ensure level geometry meets combat needs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the games industry in a developer role

Knowledge of Unreal or similar development toolsets

Experience with Blueprints or similar visual scripting languages

Experience in designing both bespoke and systemic combat encounters

Passion for role-playing games and shooters
