Physical Therapist (New Graduates Accepted) - Saint Charles, IL

Job Type : Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Shifts : Mon - Fri (Days)

Facility : Outpatient

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions from hospital to home or outpatient care.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors's degree or certificate).

Physical Therapist license in the state of Illionis

Experience in discharge planning for both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Familiarity with pediatric physical therapy practices is a plus
