ABOUT US : Landscape East & West is a full service design / build and maintenance, customer focused landscape contractor.

POSITION SUMMARY : Landscape East & West is seeking to add a key member to our residential landscape installation sales department in the role of Design Associate. This position will be responsible for coordinating with the Senior Design Consultants & Client Representatives to accomplish the work required to close sales and achieve the annual department sales target.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist with and / or prepare residential base maps and landscape design, construction estimates, proposals, and presentations as directed by design consultants
• Work with maintenance client representatives to assist with enhancement designs and suggestions. Meet with homeowners and HOA boards along with the client representatives to present enhancement proposals
• Create design packages for seasonal displays and container plantings
• Coordinate sub-contractor quotes and permits.

This is a full-time position with flexible, hybrid work from home & office schedule (hybrid schedule available after 90 days).
