Job Overview

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking an Intensivist to join HCA Florida South Tampa and HCA Florida South Shore in Tampa, Florida.

Position Highlights

• Qualified Candidates:
• Florida license or ability to obtain
• Ability to work full time
• 15, 12-hour day shifts with night call from home
• Days split between South Tampa and South Shore ICUs
• South Tampa: 12 bed ICU, average daily census 4-6
• South Shore: 12 bed ICU, average daily census 11-12
• APP support present during the day, split time between both facilities
• APP providers in house at night, low burden call from home
• Incentive/Benefits Package:
• Additional night call compensation
• Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections
• Appropriate staffing models and flexible block scheduling
• Employed W2 opportunity
