What You'll Do:

• Provide High-Quality Respiratory Interventions: Administer oxygen therapy, nebulized medication, airway clearance therapies, and non-invasive ventilation in acute and sub-acute care settings.
• Perform & Interpret Diagnostic Tests: Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFTs), ABGs, and other assessments to assist in developing care plans.
• Collaborate Across Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side-by-side with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
• Educate and Empower Patients: Help patients and families understand equipment use, treatment plans, and lifestyle adjustments needed for long-term respiratory health.
• Support Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate records, monitor equipment performance, and uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Rye State
• NBRC Certification (CRT or RRT) required
• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy; Bachelor's preferred
• New graduates are welcome-training and mentorship available
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural healthcare setting
