A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Digital Education & Readiness).
Key Responsibilities
Identifies, designs, and develops training for digital systems and tools using the ADDIE process
Analyzes learning needs and collaborates with subject matter experts to create effective course content
Maintains a centralized repository of training materials and tracks training participation and assessments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; three years of experience in e-learning development
Experience with learning management systems is required
Adobe Captivate experience is critical
Healthcare experience is a plus
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
