Senior Project Architect – Healthcare / Science & Technology Focus

📍 Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

One of the best names in U.S. healthcare design is growing their high-performance team in Philadelphia. We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect with the technical depth, leadership skills, and design passion to deliver complex healthcare, lab, and institutional projects from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project teams through all phases — design, documentation, and construction.
  • Oversee consultant coordination, technical detailing, and quality control.
  • Translate design intent into fully realized construction documents using Revit .
  • Serve as a mentor and technical resource for emerging architects.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and firm leadership to ensure exceptional project outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of professional architectural experience, with strong technical and documentation skills.
  • Proven success managing large, complex projects — especially in healthcare, higher ed, or lab environments.
  • Registered Architect (RA) and advanced Revit proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
