Front-End Developer

Location : Newport News, VA

We are seeking a Front-End Developer with strong experience in Java, object-oriented programming, and modern front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a background in web UI design, containerized environments, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Develop front-end solutions using Java, Spring, Node.js, NPM, and related frameworks.

Use build ecosystems such as Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.

Implement automated testing with tools like JUnit, Jest, Robot, or Selenium.

Create and support UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, Quasar, or Material.

Work in virtual machine environments and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Apply Agile methodologies in development.

Troubleshoot using secure coding standards and perform vulnerability analysis with SonarQube and Fortify.

Collaborate with teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.

Qualifications

With Technical BS : 5+ years of experience

Strong Java and JavaScript / Node.js programming skills.

Familiarity with Agile development and DevSecOps best practices.

Knowledge of STIGs, secure coding, and DoD compliance is a plus.
