Airframe HR Rotational Program- July 2026
Airframe Segment is looking for future college graduates to join their Human Resources Rotational Program. Throughout this two-year program, you will learn and practice the different concentrations while working at multiple PCC plants within the region. The goal of this program is to develop the knowledge and skillset to become future HR leaders in the organization.
The HRRP is a two-year program. Each HR rotation will be one year in length.

This rotational program is intended to prepare HRRP graduates for a full-time Human Resource position at one of the Airframe facilities. Upon graduation, successful candidates will be placed into a full-time role within the Airframe Segment.

The range of pay for this role is $65000 to $65000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
