[job_card.job_description]A compassionate individual who thrives in a one-on-one care setting Someone eager to learn new skills and develop professional relationships Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to provide emotional and physical support with kindness and empathy Willingness to follow health and safety standards and guidelines- Dental insurance Flexible schedule Life insurance Referral program Vision insurance Help clients take prescribed medication Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Previous caregiver experience Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills Physical endurance to complete required tasks
Village Caregiving based out of Dayton, Ohio is looking for caregivers to assist clients with non skilled, non medical care in their home.
We are looking to hire to help clients in the afternoon, full time & part time hours available.

What You'll Be Doing :
- As a caregiver, your role will involve providing essential support and care to clients in a one-on- one setting.
- You'll help improve their quality of life through : Personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing
- Assisting with mobility and patient transfer
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition Performing light housekeeping tasks Offering companionship and emotional support to your clients
