Director of Knowledge Management

A company is looking for a Director of Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the knowledge management strategy, including governance and success metrics

Design and manage centralized knowledge repositories and ensure they are AI-compatible

Drive adoption of knowledge tools and processes through training and communication

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in knowledge management or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment

Proven experience in designing and managing knowledge repositories at scale

Strong understanding of information architecture and documentation best practices

Advanced knowledge of AI tools and methodologies for knowledge management

Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
