We’re looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join our Austin-based finance team. This role will help drive the monthly close process, manage financial reporting for multiple entities, and support our ongoing acquisition activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly close process for multiple brands within the LaunchPad Home Group portfolio
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements in QuickBooks Online
- Perform budget and variance analysis, providing insights to leadership
- Partner with operations and finance leadership to ensure timely, accurate reporting across all entities
- Assist with accounting integration for new acquisitions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Manage and mentor three direct reports, supporting professional development and accuracy in deliverables
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Support the Controller with special projects, audits, and strategic initiatives as needed
