Role: Business Analyst Expert - Lean Green Belt

Location: Naperville, IL- 60540 - 2 days on site

Local candidates are required, especially those who are available for in-person interviews and Video Calls prior to client submissions.

• Subject matter expertise in required business domain - In-depth.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

• Influence skills - In-depth.
• Data driven decision making - In-depth.

MUST HAVE

• *5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Process Improvement Skills
• Cost / Benefits Analysis
• Volume and Product Analysis
• Attribute Analysis (Key factors that drive product variances and requirements)
• Process Mapping (Current State and Future State)

NICE TO HAVE

• Green belt certification or equivalent
• Lean/Six sigma
• Banking/Financial Industry experience
• Commercial Lending experience
• Consulting firm experience
