A company is looking for a Regional Director, HSF-National Sales to lead a sales team and drive business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to sales associates and maintain focus on achieving KPIs
Guide the development and execution of strategic account action plans
Recruit, mentor, and support the development of team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Hotel Management
Minimum of 10 years of hotel experience, including sales in both select and full-service hotels
At least 3 years of sales leadership experience with responsibility for top-line performance
Strong sales knowledge of group, transient, and extended stay business development
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
