EOI Space is looking for Electrical Engineers both Senior and non-senior roles are available to lead or contribute to the design, development, and testing of multiple electrical subsystems for EOIs satellites. The role requires expertise in analog circuit design, power electronics, and PCB layout. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of hands-on work designing complex electrical systems for aerospace applications.

What you will do :

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and test reliable, high-performance avionics and power subsystems for our next-generation spacecraft. Youll collaborate with other electrical engineers as well as a cross-functional teams across systems engineering, manufacturing, and test to ultimately deliver flight-ready electronics for satellite integration. This is a hands-on role in a lean and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and testing of spacecraft power and avionics modules. Multiple roles are available, and the subject matter spans power electronics and analog circuitry to high-speed digital systems and FPGA implementation
• Design and layout complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) for satellite applications, focusing on performance, EMI / EMC, thermal management, and manufacturability
• Perform detailed circuit simulation and analysis to validate performance, reliability, and safety
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, and test engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical subsystems into the overall spacecraft
• Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and system-level troubleshooting in both lab and field test environments
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including schematics, specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and test plans
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety protocols (e.g., DO-160, MIL-STD-461, DO-254)
• Stay current on emerging technologies in power electronics, analog design, and space-qualified components

Compensation :

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on previous experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and internal equity.

This is an onsite role to be located in Louisville, CO.
