Job Overview

HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their West Florida Division is seeking an Associate Pathologist to be based at HCA Florida Largo Hospital which is located on the coast directly west of Tampa. • Volumes - approximately 4,000 surgical cases per year, 600 non-gyn cytology cases per year, 2 peripheral smears per day and 1-2 blood bank reviews per week.

Position Highlights

• Qualified Candidates:
• Over 2 years of practicing experience preferred
• Proficiency in general surgical pathology, clinical interpretations, and must have recent experience performing frozen sections
• Active Florida Medical License and/or FCVS is a plus
