Senior Sales Recruiter

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter for its Peripheral Vascular division, responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for the salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer execution

Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines while conducting market research

Utilize recruiting technologies to manage candidates and maintain accurate recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience

4+ years of work experience in recruitment

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting technologies

Experience in full cycle sales recruiting preferred

Experience supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment is a plus
