Attorney at Law

Boutique civil litigation law firm in Miami Beach seeking Associate Attorney. The Associate position will involve working as part of a team of at least three (3) attorneys on general civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, primarily in the areas of civil rights, employment, commercial, and personal injury matters. Contract drafting/review and similar work will also be required as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, be fluent in both English and Spanish, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and be willing to handle a substantial workload. Law Review and bilingual preferred. Applicants must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, or awaiting results of July bar exam. Immediate start (within 2 weeks of hire) preferred.
The associate position provides a great opportunity for newer attorneys to develop skills and gain experience in a diverse array of legal disciplines and tasks under the guidance of established attorneys, and strong performers will have potential for growth with the firm.
