    • Your base pay will be determined based on your skills and experience, and you will also be eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the 401(k) program.

    We encourage veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. Brookdale supports associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship by covering fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, after one year of service with us.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Administer or assist with the self-administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, observing and reporting responses to your supervisor.
  • Maintain an organized and clean medication supply room, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
  • Complete required training and certification in accordance with state regulations.
