Position Overview
- Type : Full-time or Part-time
- Schedule : Flexible options including 2-5 days per week, with shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours; alternating week-on / week-off schedules available (e.g., 7 am-7 pm Monday-Thursday, 7 am-5 pm Friday, plus Saturdays).
- Patient Care : 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient consultations. You will treat a diverse range of rheumatologic conditions, engaging in complex and interesting cases within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care, including diagnosis, management, and treatment planning.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subspecialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Engage in mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities within the practice.Participate in occasional inpatient consults if desired, utilizing available hospital support services.Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology (VMS Certification required).Medical license to practice in Ohio.New graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced physicians are welcomed.Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative practice.Ability to obtain or maintain appropriate hospital and medical staff privileges.Compensation & Benefits
