What You'll Do:

• Generate and engage new buyers and sellers using our lead generation tools
• Conduct client consultations that empower informed decision-making
• Show properties, prepare offers, and negotiate deals to successful closings
• Keep detailed records in our CRM for transparency and accountability
• Host at least two open houses each month
• Take part in weekly coaching sessions and script practice
• Support teammates and celebrate collective successes
• Advise clients on pricing, staging, and listing strategies
• Commit to continuous learning and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with new buyers and sellers using proven lead systems
• Convert incoming leads into active clients through consistent follow-up and communication
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand goals, motivation, and timeline
• Show properties, write offers, and negotiate contracts that protect client interests
• Advise clients on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies to help homes sell quickly and profitably
• Host two open houses per month to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and updates in our CRM for clear visibility
• Participate in weekly coaching and team training sessions to sharpen your skills

Qualifications

• Self-motivated sales professional with a drive to grow
• Skilled at building relationships and understanding client goals
• Proficient in prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
• Confident negotiator who can handle objections with ease
• Licensed real estate agent in the state of Utah
• Closed at least 3 transactions in the past year
• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with solid time management
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Eager to learn, improve, and contribute to team success
