Job Description

Our Bartenders perform the essential tasks of providing

high-quality bar service while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.

The position works directly under the Lead Bartender and supports the

overall success of the bar operations.

Generally, work tasks will include :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently.
• Open and close the bar according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing and sanitizing tables, counters, and glassware.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to the Lead Bartender.
• Verify guest identification and ensure all alcohol service complies with local and company policies.  This includes monitoring portion sizes and preventing over-serving.
• Assist with maintaining a friendly and inviting bar atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with the Lead Bartender and management to address guest needs or issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
