Community Manager
Rodi Motor Services, empresa líder en el sector postventa de la automoción, con más de 180 puntos de venta y en constante crecimiento tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, buscamos para nuestra central en Lleida a un/a Community Manager cuya misión será implementar la gestión de redes sociales y de las comunidades digitales. Será la figura encargada de dinamizar las redes y/o comunidades así como de la correcta implementación en cada una de ellas
Sus funciones principales serán:
  • Ejecutar la estrategia social media y comunicación digital, definir un plan de acción con cada canal
  • Dinamizar el contenido digital de acuerdo a la estrategia general de marketing en RRSS. Creación de planes de comunicación específicos para cada canal o red y proyecto
  • Escuchar y responder conversaciones online y derivarlas a las personas responsables de cada área de trabajo de la organización
  • Monitorizar y analizar las redes sociales con el fin de detectar áreas de mejora para la organización, sus proyectos e integrarlas a las distintas estrategias
  • Dinamizar todas las plataformas de RRSS y ver posibles nuevas. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Youtube, Linkedin...
  • Ayudar a RRHH en la dinamización del canal de Linkedin
  • Implementar campañas de marketing en las RRSS con visión 360. Por ejemplo campaña con fabricante
  • Elaboración del plan de Influencers
Requisitos:
    Estudios de marketing o comunicación. Valorable formación complementaria de Community Management u otros similares
    Experiencia de más de 3 años liderando marketing o proyectos similares
    Conocimiento de estrategias off y trade marketing
    Nivel alto de hoja de cálculo excel
  • Preferible con conocimientos de Power Point
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de social listening
