The Lead Operator is accountable to ensure the security and safety of our customers & team members as well as protecting casino assets via CCTV. The Lead Operator will assist in the development of newly hired Operators.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact
- Observe all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, count rooms and other areas for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Operate monitor room equipment.
- Complete proper documentation as needed.
- Assist in the training and evaluation of Surveillance Operators.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills You'll Need to Succeed
- Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills.
A Few Must Haves
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in casino surveillance.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a confined space with low lighting.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30lbs.
- Must have excellent vision and hearing.
- Must be able to grasp, handle, and reach with hands and fingers.
- Must be able to stand and walk 30% of the time.
