Practical Nursing Instructor - Full Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in accordance with approved curriculum and learning outcomes
  

• Develop, implement, and maintain lesson plans, course objectives, and evaluation tools
  

• Provide timely grading, constructive feedback, and individualized academic support
  

• Track and report student attendance, academic progress, and retention
  

• Advise and mentor students to promote professional growth and academic success
  

• Participate in curriculum planning, program evaluation, and equipment/resource management
  

• Maintain professional licensure and engage in continuing education activities
  

• Attend required meetings and serve on committees as assigned
  

• (For online courses) Actively monitor course discussions, respond promptly to student inquiries, and grade assignments within 48 hours
  

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license (state-specific requirements apply)
  

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience; teaching experience preferred
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  

• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and outcomes-driven learning environment
