Overview
ITnova is seeking a Technical Writer to develop clear and concise documentation for IT systems, processes, and solutions.
Responsibilities
Write technical manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
Work with engineers and analysts to gather content.
Maintain version control of documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards.
Develop training materials and quick reference guides.
Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy.
Qualifications
Education : A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
Preferred Certifications : Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC).
General Experience : Five (5) years in technical writing or documentation.
Specialized Experience : Three (3) years writing IT system or software documentation.
Strong skills in MS Office, Adobe, or documentation tools.
Ability to work closely with technical teams.
