We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional typing skills and a keen eye for detail. If you are highly organized, have excellent data entry skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Pay Range : $800 - $1150 weekly

On site job

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into our computer systems
  • Verify and correct any errors in the data
  • Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
  • Familiarity with data management systems and databases
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
