• Background Check: All candidates must pass a background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check, and provide “identity-proofed” verification through authentication of two forms of Government-issued identification.
• PIV Card Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card to support Federal clients.
• Work Hours: Candidates must be available to work according to established East Coast hours in a distraction-free remote environment.
• Foreign Degrees: Degrees earned outside the United States must be evaluated by a recognized credential evaluation service to confirm equivalency to U.S. standards.
• Authorization to Work for Any Employer in the United States: Victor 12 is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment Visa.
• Communication and Collaboration: Victor 12’s success relies on each team member’s ability toeffectively work with multi-functional teams, managers, customers, and program leadership.
