We started in 2015 with a vision to create a great experience for each and every one of our customers, as we keep their homes "pest-free". EnviroGuard is young and growing quickly, so we are looking for individuals who are hungry for personal growth. As we grow there is plenty of room for team members to expand their role and climb within the company.

If you are ready to hustle and learn, then we are ready to teach you everything you need to know about Pest Control. We will help you get licensed through the state to become a professional pest control technician.

A big part of your job will be driving to homes and Interacting with customers, so people skills are a MUST! As a Service Professional, you will be required to treat residential homes, interior, and exterior which will require customer interaction.

What To Expect

After your on-the-job training and classroom training is complete you will be performing service on residential homes for our established customers. We provide you with a company truck, gas card, and all the pest control products you need to take care of basic pest control needs..

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : No Experience / No Technician License : $15 Per Hour Plus $1.50 Per House Completed (Average Houses Completed Per Pay Period 120-160)

Within your first year you'll obtain your Technician License and your Pay will go up to $16 Per Hour and $1.75 Per House Completed

Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month
