Job Summary :
We are on the hunt for a methodical Engineering Program Manager (EPM) who will spearhead our diverse engineering projects, ensuring their alignment with our strategic business objectives and timely delivery. The role demands a robust technical foundation and an aptitude for nurturing collaboration across engineering, product, QA, and infrastructure teams. Emphasizing internal operations, the ideal candidate will excel in a cross-functional setup, driving initiatives through exemplary communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the scheduling, execution, and delivery of multiple simultaneous engineering projects across various teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison among engineering, product, and operational stakeholders.
- Conduct and manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and program status meetings.
- Proactively identify risks, monitor dependencies, and tackle issues to secure seamless program execution.
- Continuously update leadership on the status of programs, highlighting potential roadblocks and resource requirements.
