Escrow Processor

Responsibilities :

• Review various documents and sales contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and / or buyers and sellers to obtain outstanding information
• Understand and communicate title commitment requirements to all parties
• Assist in preparing settlement documents
• Prioritize customer service in all interactions with clients
• General administrative duties including data entry, making faxes and copies, answering phones, and mail service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Process-driven and detail-oriented

Friendly and professional attitude

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in escrow services preferred

High School Diploma required

Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred

Job Type : Full Time, 40 hours per week

Starting Pay : $40,000 - $45,000 (licensure dependent)

Location : Springfield Office - 3820 S. Weller Ave., Ste. 100 Springfield, MO 65804

Schedule : 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm
